"reduce", seeing the Swiss chocolate maker as a "safe haven" in
a tough environment created by high cocoa prices
** Morgan Stanley raises Aegon AEGN.AS to "overweight"
from "equal-weight", saying the Dutch insurer should benefit
from a more optimistic near-term outlook in the U.S. vs Europe
** Kepler Cheuvreux upgrades SKF SKFb.ST to "buy" from
"reduce" as it expects recovery in the Swedish bearing
manufacturer's volumes despite weak markets and high investments

expecting the oil discovery offshore Namibia earlier this year
